Lung adenoma susceptibility protein 2
LAS2 is a family of eukaryotic proteins. Deletion of LAS2 is observed in approx. 40% of human lung adenocarcinomas, suggesting that loss of function of LAS2 may be a key step for promoting lung tumourigenesis.
