Unstructured linker between I-set domains 2 and 3 on MYLCK
23ISL is a natively unstructured region lying between the second and third I-set domains on higher eukaryotic myosin light chain kinase (MYLCK) proteins. The function is not known. It carries a highly conserved TSSTITLQ sequence motif which might be a binding domain.
