Subunit 11 of the general transcription factor TFIIH
TFB6 is a family of fungal proteins that form the 11th subunit of the general transcription factor TFIIH. TFB6 facilitates the dissociation of Ssl2 helicase from TFIIH after the initiation of transcription.
