C-terminal domain of Bacillus subtilis YitT and similar protein domains
This domain, found in various bacterial proteins, has no known function. It has been given the designation DUF2179 and occurs at the C-terminus of the Bacillus subtilis membrane protein YitT as well as in single-domain proteins.
