RNA polymerase sigma-H factor Members of this protein family are RNA polymerase sigma-H factor for sporulation in endospore-forming bacteria. This protein is also called Sigma-30 and SigH. Although rather close homologs in Listeria score well against this model, Listeria does not form spores and the role of the related sigma factor in that genus is in doubt.
