This project represents the sequences that are not present in the Human Reference Genome. The genome of the adult male, James D. Watson was sequenced by 454 technology and the reads were aligned to the Human Reference Genome for ... identification of SNPs and indels, which were submitted to dbSNP. Those reads that did not align were assembled into this WGS project. The last two contigs, ABKV01169335 and ABKV01169336, are mitochondrial sequences. For a full description see Wheeler et al. 2008.
