Heterogenous silencing by H3K27me2 in HSV-1 lytic infection

Human foreskin fibroblasts (HFFs) infected with strain 17 HSV-1 at an MOI 3 PFU/cell for 2 or 4 hours before CUT&RUN assays for IgG, H3K27me2 or H3K27me3. Cells were either pre-treated with GSK-J4 and treated throughout infection, or untreated controls.
