More...This study focuses on the regulatory mechanisms of the transcription factor FOXM1 in human trophoblast stem cells (hTSCs), examining its role and regulatory network within the cells. Utilizing high-throughput sequencing technologies, we aim to identify the target genes of FOXM1 in hTSCs and the downstream signaling pathways involved, in order to reveal its critical role in cell differentiation and trophoblast function. The findings not only enhance our understanding of the regulatory mechanisms of trophoblast stem cells but may also offer new therapeutic targets for related diseases.
