Organizing biological data
Here, we present direct RNA sequencing data of gametophores and protonemata of Physcomitrium patens ecotype Gransden 2004. RNA was isolated with Trizol from 5-day old protonemata or 2 months old gametophores and sequenced using kit SQK-RNA002, flow cells FLO-MIN106 and MinION device.
