To elucidate the roles of hnRNPH1in regulation of RNA-splicing during spermatogenesis, we isolated the spermatocyte and round spermatids from control and hnRNPH1 cKO testis to performed RNA-SEQ analysis. Furthermore, we performed RIP-seq to explore the binding target of hnRNPH1.
