The symbiont genome of Paraescarpia echinospica from Haima Cold seep in South China Sea

To know how symbionts uptake of nutrients including growth factors from the host, how they allowing metal ions (such as iron) to be transported into bacterial cell for their cytochromes and enzymes which also helped tubeworm growth. We still confirmed the transmission mode of P. echinospica symbionts from their expressed genes.
