De novo assembly into 35 contigs of the L. braziliensis MHOM/BR/75/M2904 strain using sequence reads generated by Illumina and PacBio.

De novo assembly of the L. braziliensis MHOM/BR/75/M2904 strain using sequence reads generated by two different NGS platforms, Illumina and PacBio. As a result, we are providing a complete assembly of the genome consisting of 35 contigs, one for each chromosome. In addition, we are providing a complete annotation of predicted genes.
