As a part of T. madens genomics project, transcriptomics were performed for six different metamorphic stages, late larval, prepupal, 1-day old pupae, 4-day old pupae, female adult with 5 day after pupal transition, female with unknown age (>1 month-old). Each stage used the RNA isolated from 6 individuals pooled.
