RNA-seq to analyze how Sbds deletion affects BM niche gene expression at baseline and following TBI

To define mechanisms by which SBDS deficiency in bone marrow (BM) niches impairs donor hematopoietic stem cell engraftment after transplantation, we performed RNA-seq on the BM stromal cells from Sbds-deficient mice versus control mice at 24 hours after myeloablative total body irradiation (TBI) and at baseline.
