An embryo at HH stage 26 from ISA Brown chickens was collected and RNA was extracted. The RNA was selected for poly-A tails and 5' cap structure. Normalization by denature/renature was applied to synthesized cDNA. The cDNA were then size selected for 0.8kb and 2kb lengths using Ampure beads. For the 0.8kb cDNA, 16 SMRT cells were used.
