Complete genome sequence of the Streptococcus agalactiae ST17 strain COH1, isolated from an infected newborn with sepsis.

Genome sequence of the Streptococcus agalactiae strain COH1. This strain is a wild-type group B Streptococci that was isolated from an infected newborn with sepsis. The draft sequence (PRJNA15609) was completely reassembled and completed allowing reannotation.
