Description

Here we examine the expression of Nematostella vectensis genes through the course of development with quantitative RNA-seq (50 base pair single end). We measured transcript abundance at six time points in development, with two replicates per time point: zygote (2 hours post fertilization (HPF)), early blastula (7 HPF), mid-blastula (12 HPF), gastrula (24 HPF), planula (5 days post fertilization (DPF)) and young polyp (10 DPF). This sample is from pooled gastrula at 24 hours post fertilization, and is considered "replicate 2" (of 2).
