Getting started

NCBI Datasets is a new resource that lets you easily gather data from across NCBI databases. You have the choice of getting the data through three interfaces:

• NCBI Datasets website
• Command-line tools
• RESTful API is accessible through our website, Python package , or in combination with other UNIX tools (such as wget and curl).
