Center for Functional Analysis of Human Genome Human Incyte 10K

(Submitter supplied) cDNA microarrays were fabricated in our core facility using a robotic arrayer (PixSYS 5500, Cartesian; Ann Arbor, MI). The 10K microarray contains 10,336 genes (10K) from Incyte Unigene (Incyte,Wilmington,DE) (http://21cgenome.kribb.re.kr/html/2004_new/genome_php/cdna/cdna_list.htm). All the clones were verified by sequencing in our facility.
