Expression profiling of gallbladders from 12 leptin-deficient obese females following daily treatment with 5 ug/g recombinant leptin for 4 weeks. Studies indicate that leptin plays a role in gallbladder motility. Results provide insight into the role of leptin in gallstone disease.
