Testicular DLBCL form an immune-privileged site-related subgroup of DLBCL with an unfavorable prognosis. Analysis of primary testicular diffuse large B cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) and nodal DLBCLs. DLBCLs are classified as germinal center B cell-like (GCB), activated B cell-like, or undetermined. GCB is associated with a favorable prognosis. Results provide insight into the nature of testicular DLBCL.
