Different reprogramming methods generate undistinguishable pluripotent states

(Submitter supplied) Pluripotency can be induced from different cell types using different methods. Several studies have reported that iPSC retain an epigenetic memory from the tissue from which they were derived. However, the influence of the method used for reprogramming in the final pluripotent state has not been investigated yet.
