Zebrafish response to Mycobacterium marinum infection (Affymetrix series)

We have used a functional genomics approach to identify immune response genes expressed during granuloma formation in Mycobacterium marinum-infected transparent zebrafish larvae where individual infection steps can be viewed in real time.
