(Submitter supplied) Introduction. Glucocorticoids are critical drugs used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and response to glucocorticoids is highly predictive of outcome. Here we report a study evaluating the NOD/SCID xenograft mouse model to investigate glucocorticoid-induced gene expression. Methods.
