The human long oligonuleotide probe set contains 34,960 optimized 70mers (plus controls) obtained from Operon (http://www.operon.com/). The long oligonucleotide probes were purchased in 384-well polypropylene plates (Genetix, 384 microarray) and dissolved print buffer of sodium phosphate (150mM) at ph 8.5 and 4% sodium sulphate at a concentration of 20-30 uM. more...
