Nanostring gene expression analysis of splenocytes from 17-β estradiol (E2) and synthetic 17α-ethinyl estradiol (EE) exposed feamle NZB/WF1 lupus mice

(Submitter supplied) We used the NanoString mouse nCounter immunology panel platform to compare mRNA gene expression profiles of spelnocytes from placebo-, E2, and EE exposed NZB/WF1 mice. With the profling of 548 immunology-related genes, we found that E2 and EE exposure alter immune-related genes at a similar pattern.

Interspecific Introgressive Origin of Genomic Diversity in the House Mouse
