Peripheral nerve injury effect on dorsal root ganglion: time course

Analysis of lumbar dorsal root ganglia at various time points up to 50 days following peripheral nerve injury inflicted by either partial sciatic nerve ligation or chronic constriction. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying neuropathic pain.
