Bone microarray profiles from the Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel

(Submitter supplied) Significant advances have been made in the discovery of genes affecting bone mineral density (BMD); however, our understanding of its genetic basis remains incomplete. In the current study, genome-wide association (GWA) and co-expression network analysis was used in the recently described Hybrid Mouse Diversity Panel (HMDP) to identify and functionally characterize novel BMD genes. Delineation of a conserved arrestin-biased signaling repertoire in vivo

Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma 2 activation effect on marrow mesenchymal stem cells: time course

Temporal analysis of U-33 marrow mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) line stably transfected with PPARg2, following treatment with PPARg agonist Rosiglitazone (Rosi). Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms by which PPARg2 suppresses osteoblastogenesis and promotes adipogenesis in MSC.
