Targets of Wnt-1 in C57MG

(Submitter supplied) RNA from murine mammary C57MG cells transfected with an empty control vector (PLNCx) or an expression vector encoding Wnt-1 was isolated and analyzed on Affymetrix MG-U74Av2 arrays. Sample preparation was done as recommended by the manufacturer. Images were analyzed using Affymetrix Microarray Suite 4.0 software. Comparison of Wnt-1 expressing and control cells revealed Wnt-1 targets. Keywords: ordered

Expression data from brain tissue of Rattus norvegicus treated with D-Serine

(Submitter supplied) d-serine is naturally present throughout the human body. It is also used as add-on therapy for treatment-refractory schizophrenia. d-Serine interacts with the strychnine-insensitive glycine binding site of NMDA receptor, and this interaction could lead to potentially toxic activity (i.e., excitotoxicity) in brain tissue. The transcriptomic changes that occur in the brain after d-serine exposure have not been fully explored. more...

D-serine effect on the brain: dose response

Analysis of forebrains of animals treated with up to 500 mg/kg D-serine for 96 hours. D-serine is involved in many physiological processes through its interaction with the glycine binding site of the NMDA receptor. Results provide insight into the impact of D-serine exposure on neuronal functions.

Mouse model of Endometrioid Ovarian Adenocarcinomas by conditional inactivation of PTEN and APC genes

(Submitter supplied) Fifty million plaque-forming units of AdCre was injected into the right ovarian bursal cavity of 56- 70 day old female mice. Mice were euthanized 63 days later to obtain ovary tumors and normal ovary tissue. Seven individual ovarian tumors and 4 individual normal ovary samples were each assayed on an Affymetrix Mouse Genome 430 2.0 array. Keywords: Tumor vs normal comparisons
