Analysis of lung from 3 month old, human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-transgenic F344 males. The HIV-transgenics display pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary artery remodeling. Results provide insight into the molecular mechanisms underlying HIV-PAH onset and progression.
