(Submitter supplied) Purpose: Presence of pelvic lymph node metastases is the main prognostic factor in early stage cervical cancer patients, primarily treated with surgery. Aim of this study was to identify cellular tumor pathways associated with pelvic lymph node metastasis in early stage cervical cancer. Gene expression signature and the prediction of lymph node metastases

(Submitter supplied) Samples were taken from colorectal cancers in surgically resected specimens in 89 colorectal cancer patients. The expression profiles were determined using Affymetrix Human Genome U133 Plus 2.0 arrays.
