Analysis of T cells from familial hypercholesterolemia (FH) patients. FH patients have a defective or missing LDLR resulting in atherosclerosis. In response to initial events of atherosclerosis, T cells interact with vessel wall. Results provide insight into the role of T cells in atherosclerosis.
