Analysis of cumulus cells from lean and overweight-obese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF). PCOS is a heterogeneous endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age, mostly associated with ovulation failure. Results provide insight into PCOS pathogenesis.
