    3. Results show that in mice LAMP5 protein is specifically expressed in subpopulations of GABAergic neurons where it localizes at synaptic terminals, overlapping with VGAT and provide evidence for a fine-tuning function of LAMP5 in evoked GABAergic synaptic transmission.
