Description The array probes were designed against all NCBI RefSeq mRNA sequences available for Candida glabrata CBS138 as of September 2008. Length 60-base DNA sequences were selected using the e-Array software (Agilent Technologies) specifying one “best probe” per transcript and “3-prime bias”. Custom microarrays with 5,125 unique probes (one for each target transcript), replicated to eight spot features per probe, were manufactured by Agilent in the 4x44K format.
