Description
Custom CDF environment was used to extract data [ncilpg_U133Agb]. The custom CDF files for Afffymetrix GeneChip are developed by Laboratory of Population Genetics, NCI, NIH to replace the commercial CDF file provided by Affymetrix company. The custom CDF files rearrange Affymetrix probes into gene-based probe sets. Each Affymetrix probe was mapped to an Entrez Gene ID via its match to mRNA sequences. Probesets are named after their Entrez Gene IDs. The custom CDF files can be imported to Bioconductor for expression analysis.
