1. 70-mers from 384-well plates are printed with a BioRobotics MicroGridII spotter in an environment controlled room 2. Humidity is 50% ± 3% 3. Temperature is 18C in the spotter 4. Quill Pins type MicroSpot2500 (BioRobotics) are used for spotting 5. The printed slides are treated with UV-light after spotting by using a Stratalinker2400 from Stratagene: Energy 2400 mJ, Time 10 minutes (settings 23744 x 100 uJoule) 6. The Stratalinker works with 254 nm UV-light and irradiates the slides with circa 4000 uWatt/cm2 7. After UV-crosslinking, slides are stored in a desiccator-cabinet
