Manufacture protocol High-density microarrays based on Maskless Array Synthesizer (MAS) technology. At the heart of the MAS technology is the Digital Micromirror Device (DMD), an array of 786,000 tiny aluminum mirrors, arranged on a computer chip, where each mirror is individually addressable. Using these tiny aluminum mirrors to shine light in specific patterns, coupled with the photo deposition chemistry, produces arrays of oligonucleotide probes.

Description The grid of features is 768x1024 (X, Y). Each ORF represented by 16 probes. The locations of the probes correspond to the position of the 5' end base of the probe in the ORF (with introns removed). Each probe is duplicated and present in different locations (BLOCK1 and BLOCK2). Each probe has two associated values, PM (Perfect
Match) and MM (MissMatch). PM and MM match for each block are located in close proximity (coordinates (Xn, Yn) and (Xn+1, Yn+1)).
