Campylobacter jejuni microarray with 4608 spot features corresponding to 1600 of the 1634 ORFs of strain NCTC 11168, 181 ORFs from strain RM1221, 48 ORFs from the pVir plasmid of strain 81-176, and 32 ORFs from other strains. All genes are spotted in duplicate and sheared total genomic DNA from strain NCTC 11168 was used as a control. Blocks per chip:24 Columns per block:12 Rows per block:16
