cDNA array created by amplification of the National Institute of Aging 15K clone set. All clones were PCR amplified using M13 forward and reverse primers, cleaned with millipore filter plates and printed in 3xSSC and 1.5M betaine with a Genomic Solutions OmniGrid 100 robot. Arrays were printed on Corning GAPSII amino coated slides. 32 Spalax sequences were added to the array.
