Title UHN Microarray Centre - Human 19K 3 (Part B)
Technology type spotted DNA/cDNA
Distribution custom-commercial
Organism Homo sapiens

Description cDNA microarrays are printed on CMT-GAPS slides (Corning Inc.) using high precision robotics. Contains 19008 characterized and unknown human ESTs. The 19k array is split over a pair of slides (Part A and Part B). Each EST was spotted in duplicate. This platform is the 19k array version 3 Part B. The cDNA microarray can be purchased at University Health Network (UHN) Microarray Centre, Ontario Cancer Institute (OCI), Toronto, Canada [ http://www.microarrays.ca ].
Keywords = cDNA microarray, ESTs
