The 19k array is split over a pair of slides (Part A and Part B). Each EST was spotted in duplicate. This platform is the 19k array version 2ii Part A. The cDNA microarray can be purchased at University Health Network (UHN) Microarray Centre, Ontario Cancer Institute (OCI), Toronto, Canada [ http://www.microarrays.ca ].
