Description The 37 genome scan arrays were based on NCBI33 build of the mouse genome (mm5) and contained a total of 14,375,432 50-mer oligonucleotides, positioned at every 100 basepairs (bp) throughout the human genome as described in the oligonucleotide array description files. There are a total of 37 arrays. This is set 05.
