Manufacture protocol Whole mouse genome tiling arrays and the design principle of this array has been described previously (Kim et al., 2005).
 
Description The 37 genome scan arrays were based on NCBI33 build of the mouse genome (mm5) and contained a total of 14,375,432 50-mer oligonucleotides, positioned at every 100 basepairs (bp) throughout the human genome as described in the oligonucleotide array description files. There are a total of 37 arrays. This is set 32.
