Manufacture protocol Oligos are arrayed in Genetix x7020 384-well plates. Each well contains 200pmol of 70-mer oligo. During the first round of resuspension, oligos were resuspended in 3XSSC to a final concentration of 30 micromolar. After each print, oligos are dried in a vacuum centrifuge. During subsequent prints, oligos are resuspended in water to a final concentration of 30 micromolar taking into consideration the amount of oligo printed in the previous printrun. Oligos are printed using 48 Parallel Synthesis silicon 50 micrometer printing tips on a DeRisi-style custom built microarrayer. A sector width of 28 and a spacing of 155 microns is employed.
