Title |
gene expression in low and high mPTP opening cells |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
We found high mPTP opening cells were more effcient to reprogramming compare to the low mPTP opening cells
|
|
|
Overall design |
We use calcein release assay to analysis mPTP opening. Cells were treated with calcein and CoCl2 and then sorted by FACS. Cells were sorted into two pools corresponding to the cells with the low or high calcein fluorescence. High calcein fluorescence means low mPTP opening cells.
