Title Prep1 and Pbx2/4 dependent genes in zebraffish embryos
Organism Danio rerio
Experiment type Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
Summary Identification of Prep1 and Pbx2/4 regulated genes during early zebrafish embryogenesis (6 and 12hpf) by RNA-seq

Overall design zebrafish embryos were injected with morpholinos targeting Prep1, Pbx2/4 (TALE MO) mixed with water and red phenol dye or injected with water and red phenol dye alone (Control). Then total RNA was extracted from 6 or 12hpf injected embryos and polyA+RNA libraries constructed using the TruSeq stranded RNAseq LT kit from illumina
