Title |
Expression data from lung and spleen natural killer cells of WT and Kras mice |
Organism |
Mus musculus |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by array
|
Summary |
Natural killer (NK) cells are gradually induced into a dysfunctional state, and increasingly lose their antitumor effect during lung cancer development. To gain mechanistic insights into these findings, we performed unsupervised bioinformatic analyses by microarrays. We used microarrays to identify a pivotal molecule involved in NK cell dysfunction.

Overall design |
WT and Kras mice (6-8 weeks old) were intranasally infected with Lenti-Cre for induction of lung cancer. At Stage 3 (16 weeks after Lenti-Cre delivery), NK cells were isolated from spleens and lungs of WT and Kras mice.
