Title |
AGO CLIP reveals an activated network for acute regulation of brain glutamate homeostasis in ischemic stroke [dataset 6] |
Organism |
Homo sapiens |
Experiment type |
Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing
|
Summary |
Human motor cortex (brodmann’s area 9) tissues analyzed by Argonaute HITS-CLIP to determine human transcriptome-wide AGO binding pattern.

|
Overall design |
Frozen tissues were crushed, UV-irradiated and analyzed by CLIP protocol. For each CLIP sample, high and low molecular weight AGO:RNA complexes (~110-130 kDa, Supplementary figure 1B) were pooled for library construction. Individual replicates were taken through AGO CLIP separately, aligned reads were then combined into 2 pools prior to informatic analysis. Complete protocol detailed in referenced publication.
