Overall design |
The effect of pregnenolone 16α-carbonitrile (PCN) was studied in male 9-week-old C57BL/6 mouse primary hepatocytes. Cells were treated with 10 μmol/l PCN for 12 h, DMSO was used as a control. Three parallel RNA samples were pooled in both groups. DNA microarrays we used for gene expression profiling.
